Worst experience in this co.. Went for the interview and during the interview the Hr said, you are pursuing masters so we can't give leaves to you. I said the exams will be in December. She said still we cannot give leaves in Dec also. Exams are 10 months later, and according to this conversation they don't even give a single leave per month so that I can utilize them at the time of exams. Even the bigger Mnc's also provide leaves for the exams. I was looking for a job very badly and just because of this reason they said when you will complete your masters then apply here.

A great place to learn about corporate culture and hone your skills. Colleagues are super friendly and you will feel like right at home. Work pressure is a bit more than other companies out there due to nature of business but window for opportunity and growth is also wider as the company is growing at a rapid rate. A wonderful company lead by Mr. Harpreet Singh The CEO. EPR is a American bpo and they have this beautiful office in Janakpuri West Delhi. I went for a walk in interview and met the fantastic hr H Kaur she was incredible and tried her best for me , so I could finally meet the CEO of the company. But to my utter disappointment they are in growing phase and they still need to be at a level to afford a high budget employee like me. So I wish them all the best and will look forward to work with them someday.

They are good at offering salary, but they don't inform through mails/calls/messages after the interview to those who don't impress them during interview. They will say like we will inform you about selection.
