Charges Rs. 50,000/- For account opening. Extra charges for ATM card processing Was the response from your staff. You must first focus on winning the Trust of customers. This is a newly opened branch at Dwarka More. There are better options available to us in banking. Nobody would prefer to pay Rs. 50,000/- For opening an account. I Never recommend to deposit min. Balance of 50,000/- at this branch. For opening a savings account.

Good for nothing!! Online KYC takes only few hours to complete as written on the site. I wasn't able to complete my video KYC due to technical issues hence stepped in the branch to complete it. It's been 5 days and the KYC is still pending.
