Doctors and staff roam in the ICU without masks and with the shoes. There is no word of hygiene in complete hospital. They're are only to make money, even by giving the wrong treatment. Never ever visit this hospital if you care for you loved ones.

Worst Hospital...low qualified unskilled doctors...their primary motto to earn rather than treatment...pathetic emergency doctors...they always demand you to pay us first...no matter how critical your in situation...poor infrastructure poor equipment facility poor staffs... Jholachaap hospital

The staff is very unprofessional. They are more focused on their survey rather than taking care of patients. My father was admitted in the ICU and we are not suppose to wear shoes inside the ICU. This rule applies to attendant as well as staff of the hospital. But in this hospital this rule and every other rule is applied only to the visitors. Doctor, Senior Doctor, nurses, care taker all wear shoes, slippers inside the ICU. My father died because of their carelessness. Me and my sister both were standing near our father and no doctor was there as he was having problem in breathing. We told doctor to look at him and after looking at my father he told us he is ok but we ask him to check our father properly but he went outside the ICU as survey was going on. No doctor was present in the ICU. After i shouted doctor came and check my father and told me he is critical. And 45 mins later he declared my father dead. Such a pathetic staff and Illiterate doctor who don't know what their jobs is. They are only focused on making money from the patient and their family. I recommend not to admit the person to this hospital if you love them and value their life. Because ultimately the make money and declare the person dead without even providing proper treatment. If there is a option of giving 0 star i love to give that to this pathetic hospital and staff.
