The worst customer service ever!! They had a plumbing division, got fully paid, failed to complete the job, promised to reimburse me after THEY told me to get the job done. Same people, same address, same number and claiming they aren't responsible. This is highway robbery. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Avoid this company like the plague. They don't do jobs proper, and because of this it's costing me money because they decided to not do jobs correctly. If it wasn't for the breaker tripping my house would of burned down. When they installed the wires they didn't put the Romex protectors on the wires which over time because of where they were it's been arcing. Terrible company.

While replacing my air conditioning system( they sent some inexperienced people to do the job) they tore out the duckworth which resulted in aloud banging noise . I had to call them several times to fix the noise they said the duckwork was not their fault but they placed a piece of wood to prop it up. Noise went away until the flood. The water knocked down the wood and the noise became more frequent and loud. [ They ,also, had to return and fix a leaking problem in the house from the air conditioner two times after they in stalled the air conditioner.]. They tore down the duckwork during the insulation. I knew this and they knew it. I could not fight them at the time because I have two handicapped sisters that I take care of and they were having issues. I hired a reputable contractor who informed me the duckwork was hanging down which may or is causing health conditions. Please do not call these people. They are very unprofessional. They are disgusting and should not be allowed to practice
This is the WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!!!! They came to my home for a leak that I was having via the roof jack. 2 different people came and said they sealed it on May 3rd and again on May 18th. Well if they came back the second time of course it wasn't fixed the 1st time. After I called another company yesterday because here it is June 6th and it's still leaking they discovered s&e sealed the air vent which had nothing to do with the leak. I called this am and talked to a lady that said she was the office manager,she said that the 115 I paid was for diagnostic and to seal the roof jack.... which clearly wasn't done. So supposedly she called the 2 techs that came to my house and they said they told me that I needed a plummer....Well if that was the case and they both said I needed a plummer, why did they come out a second time??? I will not call them again for ANYTHING! I wish I could've given 0 stars but I had to put 1 to be able to publish this review
