James did great work! Quickly came to the house and sent text messages on when he would arrive. Also were able to to quickly diagnose and repair problem. Wonderful customer service.

Dent Air Conditioning replaced my 28 year old forced air A/C & heating unit including the outside condenser. They did an excellent job and were very concerned about me being happy with the results. During part of the install, they had to remove a door trim to get the unit inside the heating closet because the new unit was a little bit too wide for the opening. They were very careful not to do any damage and restored the trim to original condition.

We had a non-urgent plumbing issue and I called on a Tuesday and they offered to come THAT DAY! I told them Wednesday was fine as I was busy on Tuesday. So David arrived (on time) and repaired my faucet perfectly! Honestly, I couldn’t believe he figured it out without having to replace the faucet. Great company; Great Professionals!

Getting an appointment was easy. Getting a tech to the house at the appointment time was impossible. Very unhappy with their timelines.
