Front desk staff was pleasant and professional, very helpful! Was able to complete my paperwork electronically for limited contact due to Covid-19. Easy to get to, walker friendly but was informed there is limited parking available building adjacent also. My hygienist was nice, patient in answering my questions and provided me with great information. My dentist was awesome, thorough, didn't feel like I was being rushed - definitely feel like I received superior service in comparison to other local providers and will be returning!

The dental office is very efficient. I have never encountered a problem of any kind. My wait time was 5 minutes. The Dental Hygienist, Kelly, was excellent, gentle and caring. The dentist was friendly and examined my xrays and teeth. Very satisfied with this dental clinic operation.

Be careful. The office is shiny and pretty, but it is a business first and foremost, and the primary goal is money. When you make an appointment to see the dentist, there is no guarantee you will see the same one each time. During a routine teeth cleaning, they will add on a bunch of extras that you might not notice until you get the bill. There are other dentists in the Chicago area that won't make you feel as if you've been sold a used car. PS: In case you were wondering about all the five star reviews: they actively solicit reviews. Notice how many reviewers have only one review.
