A big thank you to Elaine, Jackie and Allison at the dental nurse academy for my training. I did my diploma in Dental Nursing and I learnt so much from them. They are extremely friendly and professional. I was very fortunate to have Jackie as my tutor. She was excellent throughout and very encouraging. The videos which are available are very informative and prepared me well for my theory exam and practical assessment.The videos gave me flexibility to work around my family. Mock exams are really good to give you an idea how much time you need to finish the paper.I had some of the questions in my final exam. Elaine’s guidance gave me the confidence to do the exam, even though in my thirties.They were very supportive throughout my course. I don’t think I would have passed without their support.Thank you Dental nurse academy.
I had the worst experience. It's like they are skanking the customers. Once enrolled, the tutor never emails you till you chase them. Your account access is delayed for months. They want money upfront but service is poor. I never even started the course and communicated only twice with my tutor as there was some problem with website. I wanted refund for my course fee 850 but they paid me back only 139?!. I never even started on ROE neither was any dentist was registered with them to witness the ROE. How could they pay my tutor when I never even started my course. I am so disappointed and devastated. How can you charge someone when they aren't even using any service of yours. You should give complete refund. And somehow I managed to get hold of person name Allison, I was expressing my disappointment and disapproval nonstop and she shouted at me, responded rudely and then hung up on me. Is this how customer service is from your end? This is how you deal with unhappy and stressed customers.
Good company until u need some help. Getting through reception is absolute joke . They only pick up the phone and can’t answer you any question if u request them put you through management there is no one in he building to be put through. Always promise call back which you never get. Very unprofessional would definitely pay company which is run properly. Avoid in all cost !
