I was anxious about getting my first cavity filled but Dr. Weida made this appointment an easy one! I was so happy with the procedure from start to finish. And I’m scared of needles! All the staff here is kind and friendly. I highly recommend!

Needed a last minute appointment to fill in the last cavity that I would've had to wait 5 more weeks to get done with my other dentist (after already waiting for a whole year to start just my dental journey in general) before being able to finally get my braces and Dental Solutions not only helped me get it done in the next 2 days (consultation & cavity filling appointment) but they treated me very well, felt like they cared about my time and about me as a person definitely have found me a new dentist place lol

I have never left a google review, so the fact that I am needing to is saying something I feel. After not going to the dentist for a few years, I now have great dental insurance through my work so I came in for the first time back in the spring of this year. Just a normal routine cleaning with no problems. Had a great visit and was very comfortable there, which is why I feel this is so disappointing. I went ahead and scheduled another visit for this past August. For reasons unforeseen to me I could not make my second appointment and planned on rescheduling once I figured out my new schedule. But I just got home and received a random bill of 45 for missing my appointment. I was never advised of the charge or made aware there would be a fee if I could not make my appointment or reschedule within a certain time frame. So I will be paying the fee which I was never advised of, and I will be looking for a different dentist. Unfortunate to have a great first visit and have it ruined before even returning for the second visit.

I let them do alot of work for me and they are not the best but I was giving them a chance since I had already TRIED to stay dedicated to them. I got fillings but I still feel hot and cold on my teeth. And 2 I believe came out. I got braces for 6 months but had to be for longer because they made one of my wires go the wrong way which made my tooth TURN the wrong way. Had the nerve to ask me why didn't I say anything? Well.... im not the dentist. I paid everything actually. I move far east but tried to set up an appt to get a new retainer but they don't take clients after 4pm so it was hard for me to make it out that way. I recently tried to call after 2 years to set up a cleaning, they said I missed 1 apps so they cannot ever take me again. I cant even remember me missing ANY appointments. I just never returned the phone call of when I wanted to pick up my retainer... just bc i stayed far east. 1 time. Wow. So ill say.... there are more dentists in the city... its been times where they had to reschedule me at the last minute. But I never fussed. Paid all bills ON TIME!
