The staff are so great! One of the receptionist so kindly sat with my 2 boys (4 & 1) while I had my teeth cleaned. The dental assistant sat with them while I had my x rays done. They offered them snacks while they waited on me. The hygienist was so great with my 4 yr old who was terrified and helped him overcome his fear of the dentist. She made it so fun for him and he got to choose a toy from the treasure box after he was done. The dentist was also great with my son while checking his teeth! The staff here are exceptional!

Scheduled appt for a terrible toothache. Saw dentist and was told I needed to have a biopsy on my jawbone. I was terrified! No explanation as to why she thought this she just left! They tried to refer me to their oral surgeon and I said no I would find my own. Saw Dr. Turner Emory who done a CT scan of my head for free and said you do not need a biopsy! He then scheduled me to have my teeth extracted which went smoothly! Absolutely do not recommend!

Staff was welcoming and very friendly. Dental assistants were very skilled. The dentist was very good with the novacaine and tooth extraction. Highly recommend dental works for ANY dental needs! 10/10 definitely will be returning!

I would give you all a 20 of 20 stares if i could! If you are looking for the best dental office in town, you don't need to look any farther. The whole staff is amazing! Dr Brown is absolutely fabulous! She genuinely cares about her patients. She is so kind and compassionate. To her you are not a number you are a true human being that she genuinely cares about. All of the assistants are amazing as well! The are compassionate as well, and they truly caring about your well being. They all work very hard to put your mind and anxiety and fears aside to really make you feel comfortable. And they also have the very best office manager. Liz is absolutely the greatest. She will do anything in her power to help her clients out with a sense of urgency! She absolutely ROCKS!! If you are in need of a dentist, give them a call i guarantee you will not be disappointed! I know i wasn't, and i will not ever see another dentist! All of you ladies there are the bomb! I am very proud to be a patient of the awesome caregivers at Dentalworks in Alcoa.
