My experience with Dentalworks took place after a very bad experience with a competitor. After neglecting my dental health for over a decade, I decided to get an exam back in December at a different dental clinic. I was prepared to have work that needed to be done, and I knew it wouldn’t be cheap, but the price the other place quoted me was astronomical. It was treated more like a financial transaction than healthcare, and I was led to an office to apply for a loan before I even had a chance to process what had happened. I walked out. With one kid in braces and another one headed that way, I couldn’t afford thousands of dollars on my own teeth. Fast forward to this month, and I decided to contact Dentalworks based on the recommendations of friends. They were kind and explained everything they were doing. They had a very similar and unsurprising diagnosis for my treatment plan, but the out of pocket cost with my insurance was SUBSTANTIALLY less. Couple that with the fact that they were very kind and had perfect chairside manners, and I was more than happy to have the work done there. They got me back in within the week and made a very uncomfortable and lengthy treatment as painless and comfortable as possible. Dr. Wimbrow and the staff from front desk to hygienists and assistants are all top notch, and I will continue to see them for all my dental care!
