This Place is quick, thorough and have had no issues. Also, the employees are very friendly. A special praise to dental assistant Rebecca! She’s extremely nice and makes the whole experience a breeze. I will continue to go back twice a year for my yearly cleanings.

My husband and I came here for a cleaning. After an almost 3 hour appointment for which the hygienist was complaining about the alarm at tmobile incessantly triggering, I was told I had 8 cavities. They were extremely pushy and insisted I need them done right at that moment. Mind you, I had been there for 3 hours and needed to get to work. I also didn’t have insurance so I said I would wait for my insurance to kick in about 6 months later. I left. My husband had his cleaning immediately after. No mention of cavities other than some old fillings he had done in the military. Fast forward to six months later, insurance kicks in. We get a call that our appointments are coming up from Rebecca. My husband was not with me and he text me to make sure the appointment worked with my schedule. I told him no call back and cancel and I will call them to reschedule. He calls and speaks to Rebecca who pushes him to reschedule on the spot. He said he couldn’t at that moment and she hung up on him before he had a chance to cancel mine. She then proceeded to call me while I was mid meeting at work asking if I can keep my appointment. I told her no and she hung up on me without even asking to reschedule. The whole interaction did not sit well with me. So we decided to not reschedule and went to a different dentist to get a second opinion. Turns out I had one cavity that needed a crown. My husband had four. No mention of his prior fillings. We will 100% not be returning. If you need a great dentist in Concord, NC contact Weddington Dentistry.

I, like many people, hate the dentist. This place made my experience better than I ever expected. From Shannon at the reception desk, to the nurses, to Dr. Patel herself, they were all AMAZING. Even though I couldn't have my tooth removed there, they gave me a referral to an oral surgeon AND helped me get an early appointment. I wish I would've found the staff at DentalWorks much sooner!!! Thank you to all to helped me \u003c3 ** Shannon even had my name up on the board when I entered. It was too cute )

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. They know nothing about dentures . The clinic was bought during my treatment and the new dentists totally ruined my dentures and worked on me with no records as the sent them to another office I had never been to.1 original 2 final 3 temps go ahead judge for yourself. They refused to make them look as they should.

Rude office staff, billed me for a “missed appointment” but never got half of my information or called to confirm appointment, I don’t believe I ever made an appointment here but they say I did. Called to find out what the bill referred to after spending two weeks trying to call the office leaving voice messages, woman was rude and cut me off saying “okay bye” instead of providing me any more information to clarify. Needless to say if I ever do need work done I will never go here. Update: i went back through my phone records and have never received a call from this location until trying to figure out this bill. This includes the entire month around the supposed “appointment” date. And the most I can fathom is I had tried to request information to be able to talk to someone by setting something online but no one ever called to confirm or get any more information, but I don’t even have an email from this place. After reading other reviews and I see I’m not only one encountering this I highly advise listening to the negative reviews on this place.

I had to switch to this dentist due to a chance in our insurance. The cleaning was fine, but I was told I had 11 cavities that needed to be filled. This seemed excessive considering I had been getting my teeth regularly at my previous dentist. I got a second opinion and it turned out I only needed 2 fillings, not 11. If you choose to use this practice, just know that they are extremely aggressive in their treatment plans.
