I've been to a lot of dentists over the years and let's face it, most people don't like to go to the dentist. But this dentist and his staff are great! They take the time to explain what needs to be done, you're not hurried through. The office has a calm vibe to it. I highly recommend DentalWorks .

They are unwilling to be flexible or solution-oriented with patient care during this pandemic. I called today to simply ask about at-home care and prescription mouthwash options, but the receptionist was extremely rude and actually hung up on me after I told her I wasn't calling to set up an appointment. It seems their priority is to get you in the dentist chair with their hands in your pockets, rather than patient health and safety. They've lost my business because of this.

I took a chance on going to DentalWorks after a badly broken molar was starting to give me issues, pain, and a complicated extraction was imminent. I had a regular dentist, but hadn't seen him in at least a year and knew that my issue/extraction of a broken tooth would be beyond his scope of treatment, as had been the case in the past. I saw that this DentalWorks practice offered every service from general dentistry, to root canals & oral surgery, to implants and dentures. This fact they could do all of this in one place was the big determining factor for me. After my first visit, I knew I'd made the right choice. Dr McFarlane and his staff are friendly, caring, and provide top-notch service. I'm very thankful for the relief I've received and satisfied with my plan of care that's been put in motion.
