Dr. Lester did a fantastic job diagnosing and fulfilling my needs. Getting a crown is not fun, but it was some of the best dental work I have ever received. His assistant let me know what was happening all long the process. They work seamlessly together. Their office workers are so pleasant. I highly recommend their practice for dental work.

Monday I had the pleasure to receive the most amazing dental care experience!!! First of all it was raining hard my day started off wrong but i still went and i was a few minutes late. I walked in and Edna at the front desk was so pleasant and professional and reassured me that it was ok that I was late!! Thank You Edna ( for the tissues also). Then I met V!! The most kind ,considerate and knowledgeable person!! The Dental Assistant, he made me feel very comfortable and explained every step in the process to me and I now more about my teeth than I did before!!! Thank You V!!! Then the most Amazing Dentist Dr. Lester who did my cleaning and his equally amazing Assistant Lori walked in. They are both so kind and made me feel comfortable and also explained what was going on. That was the BEST experience I’ve had with a dentist in a long time!!! Thank you Dr. Lester!! Thank you Lori!!! Thank you Dental Works Matthews for making my visit so easy and comforting!! I definitely recommend this office they are are great team that works so well together!!!! T H A N K Y O U!!!!

I came in for a tooth infection and was prescribed an antibiotic and scheduled a tooth extraction. The antibiotic was not working after 5 days so I called office to inform the dentist. His advice was to “double up”. That was not the solution since the antibiotics never worked and the infection got worse. The day of my extraction I’m told that they can’t find my appointment and some of the staff called out for the day. Then I’m asked if I can come back two days later. Very unprofessional and obviously unorganized.
