Been with this office for years! Erin is my hygienist forever and simply the best! My General Dentist Bharat Chauhan is very gentle with any of my dental needs. The office staff is wonderful!

Do not attempt to make an appointment here. It took me nearly a month to even make the appointment as each time I called, I received no answer and no call back when I left a message. The time I did get an answer I was told they would call me back to schedule, and never got a call. After trying this for weeks I finally got an appointment, only to be told the hygienist would not be available on that day one week before. After calling back multiple times to no answer, I finally managed to contact them to try and reschedule, but instead of that they told me said hygienist could not accommodate my schedule. Instead of offering me a different hygienist or even looking at future possibilities, they hung up on me without even saying goodbye. Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced at any medical office, and I didn’t even have an appointment. I have seen multiple people complain about the receptionists at this place. Glad I avoided the mess.

Been going to this place for a few years with no issues. The past year they have been pushing services onto me and poorly managing the estimates. Obtained second a opinions only to verify procedures were not required, especially at my age. The left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing at the location.

The hygenus(Erin ) did an excellent job on deep cleaning my teeth. I did not feel any pain. However the receptionist was very rude.

First off I'm not a fan of dentists. But honestly this place changed that. The staff there is awesome from the time you walk in until the time you leave. The Doctor is excellent and takes time to listen to you. If you say something hurts or you are in pain they do all they can to fix it. I've been coming here for years, since they were on the 2nd floor of Sears in Livonia Mall.
