Amazing staff and 10/10 patient care!!! I would recommend anyone visit this location. Dr. Jian cares about her patients more than any dentist I’ve been to before. Also convenient to have an orthodontist, oral surgeon, and general dentist working out of the same building a couple times a month! You definitely get the bang for your buck here.

Thank you to everyone at the office! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming to a new smile, very patient in dealing with insurance issues. Great atmosphere and a very comfortable setting, which makes a normally not-so-pleasant visit (dental work isn’t fun!) much more tolerable.

Ashley very friendly, very professional.Felt very comfortable with her cleaning my teeth. Not always a fund experience. Having someone scrap insiside your mouth with a sharp objet.

They will not return my calls even after many voicemails! They keep sending me a past due payment notification but has not even submitted the payment to my insurance yet. They now say it is 90 days past due. They obviously do not know what a past due medical bill can do to your credit report. I tried reaching the corporate office, but they just route me back to Polaris which ignore my calls. I loved Jan, but unfortunately , I will not be back. Customer Service is Everything!
