The front desk staff is usually mediocre. After having a simple cavity filled by Dr. Luckett, I went home with a huge gash on the inside of my cheek. I wasn’t made aware of it, but noticed it once the anesthesia wore off. A couple months later, the filling proved to be a fail because I had to have a root canal in the tooth that he worked on. Never again will I let him work on me. I switched to Dr. Mimms. She’s an excellent, skilled, and thorough dentist. I haven’t had any issues with the work she’s done for me. Jennifer, the hygienist, is the best! They’re worth returning for.

Everybody here is friendly , nice and very caring! You will always leave with a smile! The clerk Rachel has a down to earth spirit that lights up the room when you walk in. I would recommend they services to anybody. I’m very pleased with my service!

The experience I had today was terrible. First with the 10 PPE payment for each visit, and i saw several people behind the desk with no mask. The dentist I saw did not have his nose covered. I had to ask the lady that took my xray to change her gloves. She wanted to put her hands in my mouth after she touch cabinets and everything else in the room. I had to explain that like going into a restaurant and the waitress has on gloves but she works the register, take money and then butters your toast with the same gloves on. Gloves do not protect you if you are touching the same dirty surfaces. I already had my concerns but the experience I had today made it worst.

I was apprehensive at first but with the help of the Lord I was able to get my teeth cleaned. My mouth feels better and sure my breath smells better too. I'm feeling better now.

I was happy with my first visit to this Dental Works office. I didn’t wait very long to be taken back for my cleaning. The dental assistant did a great job and took her time with me due to my teeth sensitivity. The reason I’m giving a 4 rating is because the doctor took one look at my xrays and teeth and then walked out. He didn’t tell me if there was anything I should watch out for any cavities or if I had any issues or questions. I would have liked to have at least 5 minutes to talk about my dental health, especially since it was my first cleaning this year due to COVID-19.
