Needed my wisdom teeth pulled. My insurance would have covered my whole procedure cost. The staff thought my insurance was wrong and ask me where I work because they never seen insurance this good. So they would get in touch with me... THEY NEVER DID! Ok 3 years went by I tried again to get my wisdom teeth pulled and Dr.Morning or whoever didn't want to pull them!!!! And the staff kept asking are you SURE your teeth are bothering you(in a sarcastic way) as if I was lying. So they referred me to another oral surgeon who was out my network and was trying to charge me 1200 or 1400 for the procedure. I was livid because my insurance covered everything at dental works!! And they didn't wont to help me. So now I don't have insurance anymore. I will never step foot into that office and another thing the staff would rush you and did a rush job on teeth cleaning.

The staff was fast and friendly. The office was clean and well kept. Once a diagnosis was made we were presented with a few options for care and once we decided, there was no pressure for add ons or the more expensive options. It truly felt like they understood our situation and treated us with respect.
