Nobody tells me that the storage will close at 7, I thought it should be a automatic access control

I didn't store my stuff here but I did rent a Penske truck from here and they were incredibly helpful! Penske messed up big time and didn't bring my truck to the right location so last minute it was moved to be picked up here. Despite the last minute notice and changes Bell storage helped me get my truck squared away. Their customer service is amazing even to someone who doesn't store their things there!

Very good prices however not being able to access the storage after 7pm makes this really hard to use for us 9 to 5 people. Also the phone is rarely answered.
