0 Stars Thanks to the doctors here who don't listen to anything you say I now have a multi-day stay in an emergency room. I've never had a group of doctors be so dismissive of a patient's concerns.if I didn't come to the emergency room and I would have continued with the process with my primary care doctor at the Denton clinic I would probably have died. I'd rather wait in the long lines at the Plano clinic and I will be making the switch the first chance I get. Even with this trip to the ER which has properly diagnosed me and communicated a plan of action to this clinic, they are still dismissive and have no follow through. I understand that they are under staffed, but people's lives are on the line. With as bitter as everyone seems to be there, it's no wonder they can't hire anyone. Shut this failure down and start over.

I use this location as a local Primary Care Facility. I have had my primary care physician switched twice without me being advised when it was done. I was in limbo waiting for service review was only then told that the physician had left service at this location. The new primary care physician seems to be okay. She has asked necessary questions I think to get information needed to complete my basic care. Compared to other locations that I have been too, this location is very efficient with time. The staff here seem to care about the job they do and the veterans they help. I have called for needed things and was able to get those things done via this location.

I've been using the Denton clinic for about two years now. The service is above par; well above what the common expectations are. Vets are treated with respect and my experiences there have all been positive. If there's one negative it's that it's tough to get through on the phone; you can find yourself holding in the queue for an extended period of time...

The attentiveness to veterans there is absolutely terrible. They don't really even seem to care for you or your concerns. You will likely leave with questions unanswered and don't try and contact a nurse or etc. your chances of getting through can be 40 minutes waits on the phone. Just to be told they will call you back on their time as well. I expected better but I have seen terribly ran va's all across the country its disgusting to see honestly.

This VA location is flat out a disgrace. I tried to call there so many times where I sit on hold for 30 minutes or more and never get anyone. The staff is not friendly at all and after seeing the intake nurse I just sit in the exam room waiting almost an hour to see the doctor. I'm blessed to be a veteran who is not currently in crisis because if I were I'd be screwed.
