This is my first experience with a storage rental place. Wow! What a great experience. I needed a unit for a few months, and not only did Extra Space Storage have the best rates in town, their care and service was outstanding by their manager, Lenora. She went above and beyond the extra mile to take of me and my needs. I am so incredible impressed and grateful for such professional and personal service. This is the only place to rent in Denton, and the only place that I would trust. The place is very easy to access, and I always feel that my stuff was very safe. Lenora took the best care of me and my unit.

I’d read a number of reviewers praise the customer service provided, and I must agree! We needed a unit to move our daughters’ things around in between college dorms. We arranged our unit rental from out of state so we’d know it’s there for when we arrive. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed at the best deal possible and were so professional and nice. Definitely recommend this business.
