I love Firehouse Subs, wish I could eat at them more often but I always have thought they are one of the best sub shops out there!!

I absolutely love Firehouse Subs. This is the only location I have been to and I am quite pleased. The Hero is my favorite sandwich- served hot on white bread. I always get it with jalapeno chips. Those along with a pickle provide a nice crunch. The mac n cheese is delicious- but I don't like the breadcrumbs on top so I get it without. Chili is a nice choice when it's cold, and it goes very well with a cold Italian sandwich. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. I always feel welcome when I come in. The online ordering option goes smooth for me each time I have used it. Their restaurant is immaculately clean. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes subs, or even those that don't who may want to give this place a chance.
Let me start by saying that I LOVE Firehouse subs. I probably eat from there 1-2 times a week at various locations. UNFORTUNATELY the nearest location for my door dash is this one! Tonight will be the last time I order from there. I have given numerous attempts, but it is always sub par. Not to mention they do not seal the packaging and when received it looks like it may have been opened.
Quick friendly service. Restaurant was clean. Sandwhich was warmed but not toasted so it was kinda mushy. Crispy toasted sandwhich would have been much better.
The staff was very polite. The food was great! Lots of options to choose from. Definitely will be back. The New York Steamer is excellent!!

I love fire house subs but sadly cannot recommend this location. The staff were unfriendly on our most recent visit to the point where we wont be ordering from this location again.
