LG is tremendous. He has helped our adolescent with training for various sports. He has amazing energy that has helped to motivate our kid and has improved his performance on the athletic field and in the classroom. Highly recommend him for any training needs.

I love this gym! Everyone is friendly and helpful, welcoming. The culture of the gym is that everyone is welcome. It's always super clean and there are a ton of classes to meet whatever your fitness goals may be. The instructors will modify anything to help you work at your own pace. Completely recommend!

The owner, Lionel, is very unprofessional and rude. I tried buying a one time, limited membership but instead got charged month-by-month for a few months sporadically. When I finally realized what had happened he pretended to not understand the situation as well as make rude and smart remarks about me and my family. When they got involved he continued to be rude and even cussed at them. Truly a disappointment.

LG, Roman, Nate, and Ty are all super respectful and friendly! This is honestly the best gym I’ve ever been to, feels like a family. LG, the owner, knows every customer by name and always asks how I’m doing and how my family is doing. I highly recommend this gym for everyday use and even personal training. If I could give this place 10 starts I would!
