I became unable to work during pandemic because I have autoimmune disease. I filed for disability and unemployment has been backed up for months so they evicted me and threw me on the streets with no place to go even through the federal mandate stopped evictions. Judge Abbot signed my eviction because I was sick with severe respiratory illness and believed the eviction had been halted in compliance with cdc ban on eviction so I stayed in bed sick with high fever, chills, cough, difficulty breathing and debilitating headache. They harassed and threatened me and pushed me out. I'm extremely ill, sleeping in my car with no assistance or basic needs. These people are evil and heartless. I will most likely die because I just keep getting more ill and no longer have the will to keep fighting

Do not rent from these people, i rent from clarksville lofts and they are terrible. Unless you don't work you don't get to enjoy the amenities that come with apartments which is the only reason they should be as expensive as they are. Highly do not recommend

I am a new tenant @ Clarksville Lofts, owned by Denton/Floyd Real Estate. I found out today, after making a phone call about the rent, that Denton/Floyd is deducting 15% from our rent! I was completely shocked (and happy) about this development. It’s not a lot of money to some, but to others it is. I’m really pleased with this company. Also, the managers (Donna & Maggie) are very professional and helpful. The apartments are kind of small here, but the owners supply everything from the Black/ Aluminum appliance scheme in the kitchen, to the stackable washer & dryer. We pay the Electric and that’s it! So far, I’m very impressed with the owners of my apartment complex.

I lived at The Pines for several years and I really loved the location and the staff was always pleasant and responsive to my needs. The townhouse was very spacious with plenty of closet space and the property was very well kept. I would definitely recommend.
