I visited this store this evening. Was told by an employee they would not wait on me without a mask on. Joanne fabrics policy is that you do not have to wear a mask to shop or purchase goods from there. I put a mask on so I could purchase my fabric. The lady behind me was told the same thing but would not put one on. The employee got really nasty with her a yelling argument between the two started. The employee was screaming at the woman. It was a really unfortunate situation. When a store allows their employees to escalate a conformation to that degree I no longer feel safe shopping there.

They have one some what good discounts most of the times but if you go to hobby lobby they have better discounts for fabrics the only thing they don’t really have that many to chose from

I went in the day after Christmas, so there wasn't a lot on the shelves, but what was there had pretty good discounts and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful.

Tight aisles, low staff, and minimal assistance. It's alright. I was able to find what I needed but with no pricing and no signage as to how to get pricing.
