DO NOT COME HERE! I had the worst experience ever and was treated poorly. A couple weeks ago I decided to try a new nail salon closer to my house, when I walked in it was COMPLETELY empty which should’ve been a flag. The older lady started on my nails and though as a person she was very friendly and attentive, her work was subpar but I didn’t mind paying because it wasn’t bad or crooked. Fast forward a week later my nail is lifting bad, I go in to have it fixed and she convinced me to get a fill. Once I pay 20 for a fill, literally the next day THREE of my nails break off due to her poor, thinly applied acrylic. I go in that day to have it fixed and she spends the whole time trying to make it seem like it’s my fault the nails she “fixed” are uneven, she didn’t file the acrylic correctly and my thumb nails are two different lengths. I’ll give customer service 1 star and the work 0 stars. Just spend the extra few dollars so you won’t have to subject yourself to someone violently applying cheap MMA dental acrylic to your brittle over filed nails. She also violated TDLR Sanitation practices after continuing a service after she literally filed my nail til it bled. All three times I’ve come here I’ve been the only customer and now I see why.

I love this place!!!! My go to place. Linh is amazing with her work. She’s been doing nails for over 20 years. She always give me what I want. Never crooked, has a good eye. Love the colors too. Staff nice.
The ladies do a good job. If you're used to the old school look & feel of nail salons as well as personalized attention, I'd recommend LL Nails. Prices are still reasonable too!!

Worst nail job ever! The lady doing my moms nails messed up so bad my mom was in tears!! The nexgin went over her nail on to the skin they were super thick and sloppy! Never going here again!

I've been going here for probably about 6 months maybe longer now. Today was the worst experience with this young girl working there. Basically she used the metal cuticle stick so hard I felt like she was pissed off about something. I didn't want her to wax me due to her poor attitude problem & the way she got an attitude when I asked about that junk she called a base coat and top coat. I've been doing my nails a long time & I've never had anyone so rude, bad attitude, & being so rough on nails. I ended up wanting to leave. So I told the other young girl I didn't think it's worth 40 for basic mani and pedi when I was treated so poorly. Then I went back to get managers name and he's gonna be in on Monday. Fine. But telling me I'm so mean?! Really?? LOL After she jammed the metal cuticle stick up my fingers! Yeah, you'd be mean too. LoL smh geez these young people need more experience with customers in general. There's two nail salons on loop 288 that are better: fancy nails and fantasy nails. Plus golden triangle mall has a nail salon. There's tons of competition so when you treat people this bad, you better believe they're gonna go some where else.
