I'm very pleased with how Cody handled my situation. I recently had someone pick up some lunch and I didn't receive what I ordered and if I did it was very skimpy. I called and spoke to a Mgr which happened to be Cody and he was super nice and replaced my meal and some. Good, kind customer service is rare these days so I definitely appreciate it when I come across it. I would definitely revisit this location and I highly recommend the king club!
