There’s currently a winter storm going on right now so I do appreciate the fact that they are open when no one else is. Literally can’t cook food at home due to no power . I ordered through the app to go pick it up and when I tried to pull in , the entrances are blocked off. There was a sign saying they will be closing at 9 but I ordered around 8:30 and got there at 8:50. so I try to call them and the second time I called , you could hear them pick up the phone and then just hang up and I know they’re doing this because i was sitting on the side street watching people inside and they have power. The customer service is non existent . I literally paid on the app and it happily took my money but now I can’t get a hold of the McDonald’s to get my money back.

Tried to tell me to go back around because they never answered the speaker I sat at for 5 minutes waiting on the cars in front of me to move. I said no way with that line and the lady took my order at the window even tho the manager said not to. So...half good half bad...
Hit and miss service. Sometimes you get it fast and other times you have to wait. They are decent on accuracy with orders. Sometimes they miss a topping or something but overall not bad
Love the 2 cheese burger meal.
