I LOVE THIS PLACE! Cameron was great! I workout often and tried cryotherapy for the first time and it was fantastic, really helped my soreness! I never knew how beneficial it is. I will definitely be back

Honestly impressed with it being a new business! They’re professional and tell you exactly what to expect going in. The whole “cryo” part was 5 mins or so and it surprisingly feels awesome! I don’t exercise much but my massage therapist recommended I try it if I can for the knots in my back. Did a quick google and got excited because I’d not seen affordable cryo in the area before- TOTALLY worth it. Cute place and fun supporting local businesses too! Really Important after last year.
