The new owners are amazing! They are super nice and made me feel very welcomed. I got a full set of acrylic nails and she did an amazing job! I am very picky about my nails and there isn't one thing I would change about them! I will for sure go back and will be a regular customer.

Went for the first time today, got a full set and my eyebrows waxed. They both look amazing! I have never had someone pay so much attention to every little detail! My only problem was that while waxing my eyebrows, she accidentally pulled out some of my hair with the wax strip. Other than that, it was a great experience. I will definitely go back!
I have been to many places, all over Texas. This has to be the worst experience I have ever had. I came in for a wax for my T-zone. She dropped hat wax on my chin, neck, and chest. She then proceeded to wax my face going over the area she had dropped the wax on twice. I currently have burns the size of the palm of my hand on my chin a check. When I went back the next morning to get my money back she blamed me for the burns. It was only after I asked for the owners number did she agree to give me my money back. I have never written a review and I don't know if these things even work. But, I do not recommend anyone going there for anything ever.
This was my first time there and I wouldn't go back ... ever! I nice and polite young woman met me at the door; but then called on another to do my nails. The other one never smiled, tried to convince me to get services I didn't want and when I declined, did my nails almost hatefully... pulling the skin, not paying any attention, like she is in hurry. The massage was literally few seconds - one-two strokes and that was it. The whole service was no longer than few minutes. As a result, there is a missing skin around my nails; they are awfully shaped; and all I paid 12 for was nail polish ... I could do it at home for free. And not that they were busy - no, there was only one more costumer there. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I have never received worst costumer service at similar place. In addition, the three employees were speaking all the time in their native language; which I found very impolite; it seemed that they were too busy to tell each other stories, but not to take care of their clients.
Would give zero stars. This is the old LA nails place. I wasn't impressed with the lack of customer service and rude immature, gossiping, little girls you hired. The last time I had my nails done here: rude, stuck up, behavior. Rough on the nail beds! Awful way to treat people. Would not give me manager's name. Got offended when I began recording the incident on my phone. Prior to this horrid incident, I had been coming here for 6 months without any issues. Your job is to take care of your loyal customers. Instead you choose to let 2 immature little brats ruin your business. I'd have fired both of them right then. Never will return here. EVER! You can change your business name & I'll still give you a bad review based on what I dealt with.
I go here regularly. Lynn and Ivy are the best. They do not rush and are very friendly. I enjoy my time there.
Terrible service! Half did my nails and didn’t even do my feet bc she said she had another customer and told me come back tomorrow. which the other person had just walked in and was being waited on by an other employee- why it took two of them (the only 2 staff there) to do this customers feet, the world will never know.. On top of that my nail broke getting into my car, not even 24 hrs, i called her to tell her that the nail broke and she says she will fix at a cheap price for me- a nail she just did
Excellent first time visit. I get to a lot of different shops because of work and trust me when I say few pay attention to detail when you are a man trying to get a mannie and a pettie. Great job, I will be back
