Loved this facility and there staff, was in and out and feeling better in no time.. The treatment I received was professional and compassionate. They made sure I was comfortable the entire time, the doctor even brought me a warm blanket himself.

Another \0\ star patient- After almost a year of fighting what I believe is outright fraudulently charges I have been stuck with a 21,000 claim from Surepoint and their doctor. When I arrived I saw the notice that said all services/doctors were out of network but when I went to leave - the front desk staff told me they bill their services as In Network for all Emergency services and I would be covered. I had a fractured spine and couldn't move my body from the waist up because I was in such severe pain - OTHERWISE I would have asked her to clarify the sign in the hallway. Here is an example : Bill: Non Invasive Respiratory Service :85.00 - the doctor placed his hand on my back and asked me to take deep breaths and focus on a certain part of the wall. I believe this place is horribly lacking in transparency and I don't give a darn how nice they were, their empathy and CT scan was not worth 21,000.

I didn’t like that this place is out of network with my insurance but I really liked the care I received while there. Jennifer, the young lady at the front was very informative and helpful when explaining all of the billing. She was also very hospitable. I was there overnight and unfortunately checked out with a different lady that was not very helpful with answering my questions when checking out. Overall this was a good visit.
