Booked a same day appointment online and when we arrived, the stylist was a bit dismissive and rude, told us we would not be able to get our haircut since she was busy and did not offer to reschedule our appointment. Super disappointed.
My ex husband took my daughter there today to get her hair done. The stylists told both of them they were about to leave. But instead they sat there and continued talking to each other. If they don't know how to do ethnic hair, they need to post that on the door.

I've been going to this salon for a good few years now, and I have to say no place will ever compare for hair! Kat is the lady to go to, especially if you want amazing color in your hair. She is a hair genius. I've always had trouble with other hair salons and stylists as I have thick, resilient hair. Kat knows what looks good, and she will do everything in her power to make sure you have a luxury experience. The rest of the staff is fantastic as well, and they are always very kind and courteous. I always look forward to my 8 week appointment at this salon.

If I could give one star I would. Came to Denton for a cheer competition went to the salon to get two french braids for my daughters hair. Was told they don't do eithnic hair, to make matters worse my daughter was standing there confused thinking she was in the wrong. Ignorant people, just sad.
Kaylee (I don’t think I spelled her name correctly) cut my hair today, and did an amazing job! I don’t usually like to get my hair cut at chains, but was pleasantly surprised! Definitely the best experience I have had at a chain salon, and I will be going back!
