I got there at 1:11 my appointment was at 1:30. I scheduled my appointment 2 months ago. I did not get seen until 1:35 & they had me get undressed into a gown. Just to tell me 10 minutes into my appointment that my insurance didn't cover it. I schedueled 2 months in advance and they couldn't have told me then? I called to confirm they didn't say anything? I waited in the lobby 15 minutes and they didn't confirm my insurance? I have been here before and my insurance has been accepted before. It was unprofessional the way things were handled this. I live 45 mins away and I drove all the way over there for no reason.
