Bad seriously, nobody at this facility.. the customer center door is closed...noone behind inside the warehouse too... that's not excepted

This is the second time this month I was supposed to receive a package, and without notification to me or asking me it was sent to this location to be picked up \within 5 days\. When I finally found out what was happening, I went to pick my package up and they did not even have it. They have horribly inconvenient hours, and the systems they use to deliver packages make no sense. Would recommend just using another postal service rather than trying to deal with this place and UPS.
