Painfully slow to setup (many months, during which full fees are charged), and painfully slow responses to emails (weeks to months). Not at all good enough for the fees they charge. Am moving to a different provider. They did offer a refund on some fees as an apology, but after speaking to someone close to me I know who has also gone with Dentons they are also experiencing extreme response times to their emails. Also, they don't have access to all of Fidelities investment opportunities as they are stuck on \their old system\. If using Dentons, seek clarity on this.
Terrible company who tell consent lies , if you dont want to lose money then i strongly suggest you use a more professional company
I have or have not been transferred to Dentons as part of the acquisition of Sippchoice. The announcements in my opinion were contradictory so as a client I simply sought clarity as I have a live FOS complaint. The first response was vague giving me the impression there was something to hide. I sort further clarity directly from Dentons directors which was ignored so I raised a complaint which was also ignored. I did eventually receive an internal email string which included a proposed response that was just forwarded to me unaddressed. I have now set it all to the FCA. Based on my treatment and most specially from the directors I would recommend finding another more professional provider.
