Yes, it’s a hardware store. It offers convenient parking (important on Colfax), friendly helpful staff and a great selection of the things you go to a hardware store for. Since the pandemic, we have been to the hardware store more than ever. When you are home 24/7, you notice a lot of things that could use a little attention. If you live in the area, consider Ace on the Fax before driving to Home Depot or Loews. It’s a great experience.

Everytime I go into Ace on the Fax, I am greeted by someone who wants to help me find what I need. Additionally, they called me 8 days sooner than expected to tell me my window screens were ready. I appreciate all the smiling faces and A customer service. Thanks Ace!!

Hand tools need sharpening ....head for Ace on the Fax...often 24 hour turnaround...they do the work in-house.....say hello to Jacki... very friendly lady!!

3/10/2021 @5:00pm i was profiled and denied service. My purchase was on-line and paid for with my credit card. This happened 3/7/21 in this ACE as i was making a in store purchase also. It appears black men are not welcome inside this ACE location. What's this all about? Why deny me services? I had money and business in your store, and was informed by your cashier to check with the attended at the rear service counter whom did walk away, never to return whilst 3 other reps refused to assist with finding items I ordered online. And after about 30min of searching for assistance i finally found the 1-store associate(male) willing to assist which is when i express my concern about being "denied service" in the store and not receiving assistance with my online order. He found my order "of course!" But to receive "No Service" as a paying customer due to race or otherwise is the wrong business model and should not be accepted, condoned and never allowed within the communities we share and spend our money and lives in. I'm disappointed, hurt and cannot believe ACE accepts, encourages hate in its stores. All i did was made a choice to shop at ACE and was denied services ACE offers online, by ACE staff

This place has everything! So impressed by the selection. The costumer service was fantastic. I was asked by everyone if I needed help. Long haired guy made the paint for me.
