Chris is excellent to work with! Dyson had recommended All Brand Vacuums to repair my Dyson humidifier. I thought it would be a stretch, but I called ahead & Chris said he would take a lool at it. I dropped the machine off a few days later. Chris is very friendly & honest. He explained that he would do his best & see if Dyson would provide assistance on how to repair. Sadly, it couldn't be repaired, but I appreciated Chris' attempt & honesty.

Amazing customer service! I brought my Oreck upright into All Brand Vacuums and was warmly greeted by Chris Feigl! It was two days before Thanksgiving and I was needing it back by Friday and he was not sure what the repair would entail (new parts from Oreck etc.). Chris said he would rush it and low and behold is was fixed and as good as new the following day! If you are in need of a solid repair, or a new vacuum, All Brand Vacuums of Lake Norman is the only place I would go!

Just moved here from Texas and needed a new vacuum. Wanted to support local Denver businesses and saw All Brand Vacuums. Walked in and was immediately warmly greeted as if Chris knew me....which was very welcoming. I told him what I was looking for and after discussing my needs, I ended up selecting a compact Miele. I had never heard of this company, but I tried a unit in the store and was amazed at how lightweight and easy to maneuver this machine was...truly lightweight! I put the unit together when I got home and just started vacuuming and it was a BREEZE...who says that about vacuuming! I can honestly say I can't wait to vacuum again with this product. Thanks again Chris for being so helpful. I'd highly recommend you stop in and talk with Chris.

Wonderful service from the owner. As to Dyson furnishing the replacement parts in time well that's another story. I will definitely recommend this business for repair work.
