Made my first purchase in March 2015 and was pleased with the ease of use not only in navigation but order and check out were smooth and easy. LOVE that they take BTC and give a discounted price for doing so, great move! Shipping was quick and package discreet. Will be my new metals provider.

Although I have received several orders from Amagi Metals through the mail (ever since they won my trust by reliably spinning bitcoin into silver last year), I decided to pick up a small order in person today to check out their storefront. Glad I did, it was great to meet some of the team - to say nothing of the friendly & professional service. They may not be your grandpa's coin shop but Amagi is the real deal! Plus the lowest premiums I've yet seen in Denver-area retail ... what's not to recommend?

**Updated** It seems they are back in business with a new owner. They made right on all my back orders and the customer service is better than ever. They are accepting Bitcoin again, as well. **Updated** These folks have completely fallen off the map. They stopped accepting Bitcoin. They seem to be still taking orders, but won't ship any product nor will they answer the phone or email. I had to file a PayPal claim to get my money back for the order I placed on 8/28/15 and the issue is still not resolved as of 9/16/15 I have left my old review below. I will update if/when they turn things around. ______________ Been dealing with these folks through the mail for some time now. Their website is easy to use and the best part is they accept Bitcoin as payment. Their customer service is outstanding as they are quick and thorough to respond to all email.

Don't order from them, your money will be gone and they never ship the product. All you will get are excuses. It's been two months and they keep saying soon.

Ordered Jun 30th and no product, sent support ticket was told back order and would update me in a week, that was 3 weeks ago. sent another support ticket no response. Very Poor Customer Service
