Finally! I have found a vet's office I can live with. Because of Covid I have yet to meet the doctors in person but in every other aspect I love 'em. They have been honest and up front with me about my boys and given them the best care. I feel like I'm doing right by my boys taking them here. Vet care isn't cheap but I feel like the fees here are reasonable and I can live with that.

Won't take out dogs anywhere else. These guys nursed one of our dogs back from the brink when she had parvo and our prior vet suggested we put her down. The staff is friendly and know what they are doing.

I highly recommend Animal Health Care Denver. My male Chihuahua Yoda, had been pawing at his jaw around the beginning of the year. When I took him to our former vet around the beginning of the year, the vet told me she couldn't see anything and that Yoda had some tarter on his teeth. She couldn't figure out why Yoda was pawing at his jaw. Fast forward 11 months later. I noticed that Yoda needed to have his teeth worked on immediately. He had been pawing at his jaw since the last visit with the former vet. I scheduled an appointment with Animal Health Care Denver. I informed the techs about Yoda pawing at his jaw. Dr. Sayer was able to figure out why Yoda was pawing at his jaw without having to do any x-rays. Yoda had significant bone loss, had one tooth that was barely attached to the root and a bad infection. Dr. Sayer told me that Yoda most likely started getting the infection a few months after he had his teeth last worked on. That was in another state. Dr. Sayer informed me that Yoda did indeed need dental surgery. I had Yoda's dental surgery scheduled for the next business day. The surgery went well and Dr. Sayer personally called me to give me updates. I felt thankful that she had the compassion to do so, instead of having someone else call me or not telling me anything at all. I was able to ask her any questions I had about the surgery and Yoda. Dr. Sayer and the staff at Animal Health Care Denver are friendly, compassionate and helpful. I will be taking my two Chihuahuas to Animal Health Care Denver for now on.
