I went to get a dermaplaning facial. I had never had one before so I was super excited about it. The website said it was going to be 25 minutes & it was barely 10 minutes. I watched alot of videos so I was kind of prepared with what was going to be done as far as pulling your hair back with a towel, massaging your face...none of that was done. She barely took any time to even explain what was going to be done or what to expect. She was all over the place my face was very patchy. She didn't even do my forehead I can't believe they charge 50 for this service when it should be about 10 as much time as she spends on you. Needless to say I was very disappointed.

I have been searching for an incredible lash specialist, and Kristi, is it! I got the suggestion from my friend Jacki, and I am so happy! Kristi is so great. I found Its a Girl Thing after having a not so great experience at a different lash studio and HOLY COW AM I GLAD I DID, in fact I wish I found this place much sooner!!! Kristi was so great!!! Not only was she friendly and fast but my lashes are everything I wanted and more! I can't stop looking at them! They look AMAZING! If you are reading this make an appointment! I promise you wont regret it!
Oh my gosh - Kristi is amazing with Brazilian waxing! She makes you feel so comfortable and is quick and knowledgeable. She does my Brazilian wax and underarms in less than 15 minutes, and it's nearly painless! Even with as quick as it is, she still makes sure there isn't any hair left - it's fabulous! Kristi's techniques that are like nothing else I've had before, and she's very knowledgeable about the process, plus I could tell that she had done lots of research on the best wax, which is uber important for us reactive ladies! I highly recommend Kristi for any and all waxing services.
