Mac Kern

My 2015 (not new, but not quite old) MacBook Air started giving me fits. Digitiqe was able to take a look within a couple of days (Genius Bar was at least a week out), and kept me updated throughout. No major hardware issues (whew!) but they did some minor maintenance (cleaning, tightening screws, fixed something on the fan), and also updated a lot of software that I don't use but apparently was bogging my system down. Laptop is working like new again, totally worth the diagnostic fee!

Wow, is all I have to say. Every single person who works here has gone above and beyond always putting me first and my needs first. They worked with multiple special requests. They went above and beyond to complete the repair to the highest satisfaction. I would 100% recommend bringing your mac here to have it repaired and is the only place that I will be going for any other mac related issues. (Picture shows screen repair and keyboard replacement, both perfect) Thank you again Digitiqe, I appreciate all of your hard work and dedication.

I've always kind of thought computer repair shops were kind of sketchy. Kind of like an auto repair shop – gotta keep your guard up. They were very clear on the process, followed up much faster than they said they would, responded to my emails within an hour, and were taking very responsible social distancing measures. Unfortunately, my computer was too far gone to repair, but they were able to get all my data transferred in a day when they said it could take up to a week. 10/10 would recommend.

Great experience with Digitiqe Denver! My screen was giving me that reset screen of death (or so it seemed) but luckily I was able to snag an appointment with Digitiqe Denver before it gave up on me completely. They were quick to respond with what they had to do (new screen & keyboard) and although it took almost 2 weeks to repair fully they were super communicative on the status.

Great little boutique audio and electronic store in RiNo. The only place in Denver I've found that carries Teenage Engineering Pocket Operators - unfortunately no other TE products. They carry a handful of sweet tube-gear too.
