Love D&L! I live in Denver and have a small biz making stained glass. It is incredibly convenient to have a glass shop within close driving distance. The smaller sheet glass section isn't huge, but it is great to be able to see the glass in person and not have to order online. Not to mention everyone who works there is very pleasant to converse with. Highly recommend if you're in the Denver area and need stained glass supplies.

I was looking for an intro stained glass class and decided to go visit before signing up (there were some negative reviews, so I thought I would check it out for myself). I was told to be careful walking around because it is an active (and busy) warehouse, but in no way felt like I was in the way or anything (although a bit lost in all of the glass!). While looking around I was approached by Marsha who helped me immensely and answered all of my questions about what I would need and where to find it all. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly! She had maps and lists and walked me around for like an hour. It was awesome! I signed up for the next intro class and took it last weekend. IT WAS SOOO GREAT!!! Becky and Connie are so skilled and knowledgeable and patient. I was surprised that we would be making a piece with no experience in 2 days, but we did. It was a great way to learn basic skills and get to practice and troubleshoot with them there. I learned so much! They taught us the how and why of everything and it was super hands-on. They taught us how to fix our mistakes (great for beginners), and what to work on to get better. Even after the class I emailed Becky with some questions and she was responsive and so helpful. Such great people at D&L and such a great experience! I can't wait to get supplies and take more classes!

This is by far the best local place for all kinds of glass supplies, tools and material. Selection is outstanding! Staff is always friendly and knowledgable! They will drop what they are doing to show you where to find a random tool or obscure color. Mutch of the staff are practicing artists and are familiar with what you need. No question is too dumb. There is even classes there if you are interested in a variety of glass applications. This retail warehouse is just what the glass community needs. I would highly recommend this business.
