The customer service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. However, once the ring was received into the store I wasn't notified. The ring was in the store for over a month before I happen to send a follow up email. I was told that they attempted to call twice and email too but the vm box was full and email must of went to spam. Never found that email anywhere. I don't know maybe attempt a text in the future.
