The condo we booked over Xmas through Evolve was exactly as advertised. The service the Evolve team provided prior to my stay was excellent. Moreover, the COVID refund package they provide is fantastic. I simply can’t fault Evolves customer service and professionalism. Thank you.

I couldn't have had a better vacation. Evem with the pandemic our vacation was amazing and it was all due to the AMAZING time we had out our cabin that we booked off of Evolve Vacation Rentals. They promt replies and the pleasant employees made this process VERY easy. Thank you all that the slightest bit to do with this whole company. A vacation of a lifetime. We will never forget. Bring your recipe cards to this beautiful new property! The kitchen is well appointed with every pot, pan, place setting, utensil, and modern appliance. Our host even decorated for the season! This was the perfect place for us to visit our college student over Christmas. With two teens, and a couple, everyone had their own room, 2 full baths, and second floor laundry. With snowfall, we really appreciated the attached garage which easily fit our rented SUV. Our host was available by text for the few minor issues we had. All in all, we had a great time and a big part of that was staying at a wonderful property!

Rented a house through VRBO, managed by Evolve. The house was barely furnished, not stocked at all (not even a single roll of toilet paper), and had maintenance issues (light switches that didn't work among other things). We decided to stay, until we found bugs later that night. We quickly left and found another place to stay. Even with pictures showing the bug issue, company wouldn't work with us or refund our money. I don't expect perfection, and can even understand things not working out, but I do expect a company to work with me until we can find a win / win. Unfortunately, Evolve isn't willing to work with me, so I won't be working with them anymore either.

So my reservations were from August 21 to August 24th. I arrived to the home only for my code to not work on the keyless lock. I called john who was my source of contact. He gave me the house keeping code to enter the home. As I enter the home it looks as if the place wasn't cleaned from the last guest. (COVID-19) still going around so I did put myself at risk. I was terrified. John stated the house keeper claimed he home was cleaned on 8/16 . I wasn't sure who to believe at this point. After waiting for the owner to tell John what to do .. (waiting in the car for 30 minutes) I was taken to another location. The home overall was a dump and the grass wasn't cut.I was embarrassed for my family to see the home we thought would be spacious and modern. John was a great customer service rep but I wouldn't book anything through evolve vacation rentals. This home was located in the old seminal heights area of Tampa Fl.
