Brought my dog here for an emergency appointment. The staff was friendly and great from start to finish. They were upfront about costs, which is very important to me. My dogs health is never about the money, but surprise charges make you question if your vet cares. I didn’t have to worry about this with them! The price was extremely reasonable for an emergency appointment. I called them first because they are close to me and had great reviews, and I’m so glad I chose them in my worried rush. This will definitely be our new vet. I also greatly appreciate how they called to check in on my kiddo for the next couple weeks!

It is with the greatest of pleasure, gratitude and relief that I write this review. After YEARS of frustration with many other Animal Hospitals and Vets, to find Gentle Touch Animal Hospital, has been life changing. They care. They are Gentle They are compassionate They are professional They are responsive Just to name a few... Dr. Powers is a wonderful Vet and a beautiful person. Easy to talk to, count on and a real person that cares for fur babies. She is an excellent diagnostician. I don't know everyone by name yet, but Stephanie and Adam are extremely helpful and always happy to help. We have our second dog going in today to Dr. Powers and for the first time in my life of needing Vet Services, I am not anxious. SIMPLY THE BEST !

Gentle Touch has been WONDERFUL helping me navigate the ups and downs of being a first time dog owner of a giant breed. They are always so excited to see my guy, Earl, and ease his anxiety so well. He goes in terrified but never comes out that way. They are kind, respectful, honest and so helpful, always willing to answer questions the best they can via phone or in person. Appreciate everyone at this facility so much, and so does Earl!!

I took my dog to gentle touch and received the best service I have experienced at a vet clinic. They made sure to give him the best care that was possible and were very caring. They did everything in a very professional manner and made sure that he got everything he needed. This is the only vet clinic I will be taking my dog from now on because of the excellent service I received from them. Missy made sure to take care of us and I felt very comfortable as soon as I arrived. I would highly recommend taking your pets to gentle touch animal hospital!

Went here to bring our kitten when we rescued her. She had a break in her leg and the vet told us that it was very severe and needed amputation. They only took one X-ray because it was so clear that it was severely broken. I took her to another vet for a second opinion and they looked at her X-ray from Gentle Touch and it was a 3 month old x ray. Korra wasn’t even 6 weeks so it was clear that they didn’t give us Korra’s x ray and I’m not even sure if they took one. The new vet ended up taking another x ray and the break wasn’t as big as Gentle Touch had said. She has healed and still has her leg. Moral of the story, get a second opinion ALWAYS and make sure they give you the correct X-ray that you pay 300 for.
