My equipment control box, level best relay boxwent in 4 mos ago. The said 3 to 6 weeks to get back. The shop did the very minimum to get my equip back. I was lied to that it was shipped back to shop. 3 times I was told. Had to call Dallas office to get results. They were able to get info easily. That was 2 wks ago. Dallas had made a purchase order, they paid 300 for service. I was told it was 90 I to buy a new controller box. I lost a 40,000 contract because of their misinformation on return of equip. They still had NO sense of urgency when I told about the contract. 2 1/2 mos ago. theirs. I still don’t haveo equip I think they should reimburse me for control box and a relay box. 4 relay switches 750 for new one. Ridiculus price for &100 worth of parts. I had told them once before I would not do business w them cuz they messed up big time. Put calibrating my laser on the shelf for 3 wks. I then found out a huge construct company had dozens in for cal. My laser was in before

We like the new location and old staff here! Great people. We did not like the 4 inch step (tripping hazard) at their new front doors though! Our first impression is tainted for sure. My girlfriend almost lost a toe nail walking in the front door today. I am sure it will be fixed soon though, otherwise someone is going to get sue happy.

GeoShack has a monopoly on Topcon products in North America. The Denver store, at least, is completely inept to the point of criminality. Corporate does not want to do the right thing. I will never use GeoShack or purchase Topcon equipment again, I would suggest others to look at Sokkia, just in order to not have to deal with GeoShack
