She explained the process and the tests and we saw it all in front of us as she tested items. It was a very easy and efficient process and pleasant experience. Went here to sell a ring. Bill was helpful and explained to me what he was measuring and how that related to his offer price for the ring. This was my first time selling jewelry and the process went pretty quickly and easily. Also, the atmosphere was relaxed and there was never any pressure to sell.
