Love exotica and space age music? Want a fab drink with a flower or a flame? Treat your taster to a fancy-pants cocktail in Denver's coolest lounge. Occupancy is only 45, making this wee lounge intimate. Check out decor from contemporary artists specializing in the genre too. It's a great place to chill.

Been going here shortly after Hidden Idol moved to this location and it's a gem! The cocktails are fantastic and rival those from tiki bars I've frequented in the SF Bay Area. We always try to get in when Devo has his bar shift. His knowledge and recommendations are outstanding and always on point! Try the Jet Pilot, you'll be off the ground in no time

I really enjoy the atmosphere. I love the drink and food presentation. Really feel like I'm in a 1950's era tiki bar. Drinks taste great and are authentic but a little heave on the ice. The food is mediocre but intended as appetizer so isn't unexpected.

Our waitress seemed bummed out, or mad, or something, but the ambiance was super fun, and the drinks were tasty!

Very well decorated, but not particularly great drinks despite creative names. Pebble ice is for cheaper bars, I think this place should be serving perfectly clear ice spheres. It fits the cool vibe they've decorated with.

A cozy take on your classic tiki bar. Tiki drinks are tasty, decorative and reasonably priced. Try the Hurricane for some pyrotechnics. Limited food menu serves grub from the bar downstairs. Enjoy a silent black and white show or movie on their projector, e.g. I Dream of Genie. Music is themed appropriately and makes you feel like you are on vacation. Bartenders are friendly. Sit at the bar for quick service. [Original Colfax location review] I hate to do this but I need modify my review. This place was much better before the move from Colfax. I have wanted to support this place because I liked the original location, I like tiki and it had promise; yet each time I have been to the new location it has been sub par. Went tonight at 11pm on a Sat. and got turned away because "it was slow and the bartender had a cough" despite the closing time of 1am, and walking in with a group of people, and there was a full table already in the bar. It's not the first time this bartender has been less than desirable. Frankly, this place just isn't doing it right. I love tiki, but for a much better experience go to Adrift. I'm sorry Hidden Idol but maybe think about some new staff if you want to stay in business. Sincerely, Disappointed Tiki Fan
