Caitlin is a Post Partum Healer who specializes in Mayan Abdominal Massage (a service which helps mamas recover from Pregnancy & Birth). Because of Caitlin, I was able to heal a lot quicker than usual after pregnancy and Cesarean Birth. She has essentially helped to put me back together these past few weeks. My body (Uterus & Tummy), spirit and mind are so much stronger & calmer because of this service. Her nurturing & healing touch provided me with a break from worrying about Graham and helped me to focus on myself for a few moments (which is pretty much unheard of in the first few moments of parenthood). She was also able to recommend herbal remedies which have helped too.

Caitlin came to my home for postpartum care with warm oils, patience, herbs and tender massage therapy. She came loaded with all the things for comfort and warmth. She attentively checked in each visit for concerns and celebrated my body’s healing form. She gave me tips to support myself between visits, made sure I was fed and had a hot Herbal soak at the end of each session. I have three children and this was the only pregnancy I was able to get this care. I feel much more completely healed and ready to deal with babies day in and day out.
