If you’re going to use Kay’s as your jewelry go to this location and ask for David! After we had a number of problems at a previous location David was the only one who could fix our issues and the only person who seemed to actually care. I can’t recommend him enough, he will take care of you!

Horrible service. says they open at 11. They don't! So don't waste your time going. Not to mention, I have my wedding and engagement ring purchased from there... they couldn't find anything, even though I was there a year ago for a repair on my wedding band(A diamond came out). BTW, I came fell out again! They couldn't find ANYTHING in the profile...shocker, so helpless unless they're making There is no proof of anything on their end! What a mess of a process... I'll go elsewhere for repair!!! Thanks for nothing! Don't waste your time going here!

Took two chains into the store to have repairs done. They were supposed to be done two weeks ago, I haven't heard back from anyone, I've called several times with no response, and the last thing I wanted to do was drive down and pay for parking just to find out they aren't finished. I've been a loyal customer to Kay Jewlers for a long time but this location is incredibly unprofessional. I won't be returning to this location after I get my jewelry back!

These guys are great! Always helpful and really do their best job to make sure your happy with your purchase. Had to deal with more then 4 different people on their staff in my visits to the store, everyone was very helpful and gave a great sales experience, thank you everyone at the Key store at flatirons for making our experience A.

Today I went into Kay’s because I was suppose to be on the 12 month no interest for a ring I bought well I called the bank for them to tell me I had to go in for them to change the plan. So I went in and Samantha who is an absolute angel and great manager not only got my plan changed but I got me an even better deal since the ring was on sale when I went in today and knocked quite a bit off my balance. That girl needs a big raise or promotion I’ve never been treated so well and so respectful from a manager thanks for making my day Sam and definitely will get my business again.

Can't speak on Kay overall but Long story short, the ball was dropped hard. Ordered the wedding band that went with my now wife's engagement ring a couple of months before the wedding and it never showed up... Ordered it again a month before and it came in and it was rose gold... Thus did the wedding with a filler band that didn't match. Not ideal but when it was all said it done the next issue was for my wife to have a band that fit with her ring. Behold a gentlemen named Corey! This dude genuinely cared about how everything went down and wanted to make it right. After collectively 4 hours of looking at ring, after ring, after ring he found ring I could upgrade to. He threw a little magic fairy dust on the pricing that allowed me to get a show stopper ring. Lets just say I feel the same way about this dude as my wife does about her new ring as long as I don't review my bank account... I don't plan on doing any ring shopping any time soon (hopefully). Though anyone looking to get a ring go find my main dude Corey. He's an honest man with the highest level of character and professionalism, which is hard to find in any industry or work place these days. Kay Jewelers give this guy a bonus or at least a high five, you have yourselves an Ace. Corey thank you thank your for making look like a baller to my wife's friends and being simply good person.
