Love Loft, it's the one place I don't feel completely overwhelmed when I walk in. Everything is really organized well and it's easy to shop there. The staff is really nice, too. It's my go to store at the mall because I always find comfortable clothes there. I love their jeans, the only jeans that look good on my curvy, short body. They have a lot of petite sizes, I am 5'1", so that is a bonus. Beautiful scarves, too.

Great selection and awesome customer service
This store and staff are fine but when I did a return with a gift receipt the system was going to refund it to the person who gave me the gift's credit card and they needed to get the manager. Their payment system is rather screwy, this isn't the first time I had a problem.
The manager that was on duty in the afternoon of 2/19/17 knows how to run a store. The selection in this Loft is not as good as some other Lofts I've been to which is surprising(but this above the store management level). It is also merchandised nicely, I never have to wait for a fitting room(which will make me walk out of stores) and the manager kept the lines moving. Nice job to all the staff on a crazy 40% off sale.
The store is clean, well organized. The staff are nice. And best of all, if it says online they have something in stock, they DO have it.
My wife loves this place.
